Terms of Service
Effective September 6, 2026
Purpose
Hani Eyes is provided as an organizational Windows utility for scheduled backup and conversion of administrator-selected Office files and for recording computer-session events. By installing or authorizing the app, you agree to these terms.
Authorized use
You must use Hani Eyes only on computers and Google accounts that you are authorized to administer. Organizations are responsible for notifying employees about attendance or device-session monitoring and for complying with applicable employment and privacy laws.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for protecting the authorized Google account, the Windows user profile, and access to the Hani Eyes settings. You may disconnect a Google account or revoke access through Google Account settings at any time.
Backups and reports
Hani Eyes uploads the most recently saved on-disk version of each selected file. Unsaved Office changes cannot be included. Startup and shutdown events can be incomplete after power loss, forced termination, or Windows errors; attendance reports are operational indicators and not definitive evidence of productive working time.
Availability
Operation depends on Windows, internet access, Google APIs, account permissions, and the continued availability of the source files. No software system can guarantee uninterrupted transfer or prevent every form of data loss; organizations should maintain additional backups where appropriate.
Changes
These terms and the privacy policy may be updated when the app's features or data practices change. The effective date on this page identifies the current version.
